My name is Riley Darragh I'm a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer. My passion is the whole subject of health and fitness and I get huge satisfaction from helping others on their journey to achieving their own sustainable health goals. In my own time I am an avid rugby player and a fan of adrenalin sports such a skydiving, Climbing mountains & extreme hiking, Basically any sport that tests me physically and mentally.

At Jackal.fit we offer long term personal training packages. This includes a nutrition /diet plan and access to workout programs sent to you via the app we use as well as regular coaching and advice. Why do we only offer long term programs this is because we are not just personal trainers we want to change your whole lifestyle for the better. Creating long term habits that stay with you.

Your plan includes meal planning and recommendations around nutrition, It will give you control over how, When and what you eat to get the best from the programme. We will guide you how to succee and you will learn "good nutritional habits " that will last. We have been trained to help you maximise nutrition without feeling hungry or where you are missing out.
You will be given a training plan, Delivered through a professional coaching application. All of your daily tasks will be clear, Achievable and designed for you, workouts, nutrition guidance and movement will all be set out to allow you to simply mange your own progress. There is nothing left to chance and you will have complete clarity on how to succeed, It's in your hands........ With our guidance.
Week on week improvement with full guidance and support creating accountability for you to achieve the transformation you want. You will receive daily guidance via our application along with weekly check points with your coach, The combination of consistent and steady progression along with regular advice and encouragement has been proven to create the environment for you to make the health gains you want and most importantly habits you can keep.

Minimum sign up is 3 months. Optimal period is 9-12 months.
Our subscription will work out as 250 pounds a month. Great value for your longterm health.
You don't need much to get started but if you have access to kettle bells and dumbbells that would be ideal and a way to track your daily steps.
No but as your fitness progresses you may well feel you want to join a gym to continue on your path to health.
Yes of course you can miss a day as long as you make up for it within the week.

The minimum amount goal is 10,000 per day, but if you miss a day or have a greater weight loss goal ur steps number might be higher.

Absolutely not, This is not a diet, It's the right nutrition for you to be able to train, Walk and at the same time achieve weight loss. The diet tips mean you have a varied and tasty diet, It will be healthier, But you won't be missing out!
Its fine! Its not a crime, We can just adapt to give you the occasional "night off" and still achieve your goals.
It's a very personal thing, We want to be sure that it is achievable and sustainable. If you follow the plan and the coaching advice its realistic to lose 3kg-5kg a month, At the same time be building muscle and feeling better.
